01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggpanlo ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ggpanlo website located at ggpanlo.net and all related services, games, features, tools, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the ggpanlo platform, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ggpanlo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by ggpanlo.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ggpanlo or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction with ggpanlo or any Philippine gaming regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the gaming services offered by ggpanlo, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ggpanlo at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, IP address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ggpanlo reserves the right to close all accounts involved, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggpanlo username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ggpanlo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ggpanlo is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines. You agree to provide any documentation requested as part of this process, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ggpanlo may suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the ggpanlo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ggpanlo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your financial institution are your responsibility.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

ggpanlo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online banking and InstaPay
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking and InstaPay
• Metrobank online banking and InstaPay
• Other Philippine banks and e-wallets supported through InstaPay and PESONet

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ggpanlo account in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to two (2) banking hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. ggpanlo is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to ggpanlo are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

ggpanlo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of suspected Terms violations. Any funds found to have been deposited in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity may be withheld and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ggpanlo offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your ggpanlo account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in each individual promotion's terms and conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ggpanlo actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralise risk on a bonus, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Where bonus abuse is detected:

• The relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided;
• The account may be suspended or permanently closed;
• Any withdrawable balance may be subject to review prior to release.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

ggpanlo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus amounts already credited to a player's account prior to modification will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.

06 Gameplay & Wagering

6.1 Game Availability

ggpanlo makes available a range of online gaming products including, but not limited to, video slots, live casino table games, bingo, limbo, and fishing games. Game availability may vary and is subject to change. ggpanlo reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game at any time.

6.2 Random Number Generation

Game outcomes on ggpanlo are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, and by live dealing processes for live casino products. All games offered on the platform are designed to operate with fairness and integrity. The house edge for each game type is inherent in the game mathematics and applies uniformly to all players.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ggpanlo are subject to acceptance by the platform. ggpanlo reserves the right to void or decline any bet where: a technical error has affected the game outcome, the bet was placed outside of permitted parameters, or there is reasonable suspicion that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a wager, ggpanlo will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with game rules. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the wager amount will be refunded to the player's account. ggpanlo's determination in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggpanlo platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain — any such gain must be reported to ggpanlo immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ggpanlo platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ggpanlo staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Any other conduct that ggpanlo reasonably determines to be harmful, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

08 Privacy & Data

ggpanlo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of how we handle your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By registering an account with ggpanlo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of data necessary to verify your identity, process your transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and provide you with the Service.

ggpanlo will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the Service. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggpanlo platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of ggpanlo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the ggpanlo platform;
• Create derivative works based on any ggpanlo content or software;
• Use the ggpanlo brand, name, or logo in any manner without prior written permission;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Service on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of ggpanlo intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ggpanlo and its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggpanlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment processors;
• Interruptions to the Service caused by circumstances beyond ggpanlo's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

In all cases, ggpanlo's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your ggpanlo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by ggpanlo

ggpanlo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Service;
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent Philippine authority;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You have requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for cause, ggpanlo may forfeit any bonus balances. Withdrawable cash balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force.

12 Amendments

ggpanlo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the ggpanlo Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1 above.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent version.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ggpanlo, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. ggpanlo will endeavour to respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) banking days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may pursue the matter through the competent courts or applicable regulatory bodies in the Philippines. You and ggpanlo each irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
